Biography

Garcia-Lopez was born in Spain and moved to Argentina in 1952. In Argentina, he worked on various features, including Sergente Kirk.

In the late 1960s, he began drawing romance for Charlton. He moved to New York in 1974 and started working for DC, including a long stint on Superman (1975-1982).
