Johnny Galaxy and the Space Patrol by James Zee
Johnny’s later creative teams 1
After around 15 episodes by Beá, Johnny Galaxia was continued by others. Approximately 60 more stories were created by other SI agency staff, ranging from generic unsigned work to internationally renowned artists.11See www.tebeosfera.com....
Other than Beá and Navarro, none of the authors of these stories are known. While most SI work was commissioned for scripts provided by foreign publishers, this syndicated work was generally written within the agency. The variability of plotting and characterisation suggests numerous authors, prossibly with the artists doing their own scripts or possibly using one of the Agency scripters.22Fernando Fernández reports a number of scripters who worked at Selecciones Ilustradas: Fernando Sesén, Salvador Dulcet, Alberto Vila, Joan Llarch,...

Fernando Fernández (b. 1940) joined Selecciones Ilustradas straight out of school in 1956 and commenced work for French and British publishers. Despite a brief stint in Argentina in 1958 to 1959, he worked throughout on numerous romance stories for the British comics Valentine, Roxy and Marilyn, as well as war stories for Fleetway. After a period focused on private illustration and painting in the mid-1960s, he returned to comics in 1970, including work for Warren between 1973 and 1975.44lambiek.net....
Fernández’s signature appears on some episodes and his involvement with Johnny Galaxia has been confirmed by Beá.
Rosendo [Rossend] Franch (b. 1934), brother of Jordi Franch, worked with Selecciones Ilustradas from about 1962. He also worked for Spanish publishers Toray and Manhattan during the 1960s and 1970s, notably war stories for Hazañas Bélicas (Toray) and Relatos de Guerra (Toray). Through SI and Bardon Art, he produced comics for England (DC Thomson), Germany, Italy, Netherlands (Wilma en Willy in Tina Topstrip, Oberon) and USA (Creepy, Warren).55deskartesmil.blogspot.com....
Franch's signature appears on some episodes and Beá confirmed his involvement.
Josep [José] Nebot (b. 1945) and his brother Juan Nebot, drew comics covering all genres, both syndicated productions and commissions for publishers in Britain, and central and northern Europe. Josep began his comics career in 1962-63 working at Selecciones Ilustradas. In the 1980s, he produced humourous comics in the Bruguera tradition and has worked for Disney in recent years.66lambiek.net and p 270-271, Fernando Fernández Memorias Ilustradas (Glénat, Spain: 2004)....
