"The Lone Avenger" is a group of two titles with continued numbering.
The title changes throughout the run. All issues except 1-3, 6 and 9 have 'Special' on the cover. Bonzer (Ed. Annette Shiells) suggests issue 10 was not published. This series was banned by the Queensland Literature Board of Review from 28 August 1954. At least some of the later issues of this series were also printed with a 6d cover price (rather than 8d) and distributed in the UK.
