"Australians at War" is a group of two titles with related contents.

From issue #5: "This, the fifth issue of Australian at War, is a collection of actual war stories written and published during World War Two. They appeared then in the world-famous MAN magazine, which ceased publication in May, 1974, and in ARMY, a companion magazine from the same publisher. Both these magazines were highly-prized reading companions for Australians fighting overseas; one well-known commander of the day even went so far as to say that without the morale boost of MAN magazine Australia would have lost the war."
