Young Lovers' Pictorial (South Pacific Publications Limited and Jubilee Publications, 1976?) has been grouped as part of a series of titles with continued numbering.

From December 1965, Magazine Management comics were published as one-shot issues with 'catalog numbers' on the cover, rather than individual titles in sequentially numbered series.

Magman's Pocket 'Picture Stories' ran through several series restarting at '01' or '001':

1965-1966 series: 5 and 6 prefixes.

1967-1971 series: 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 prefixes.

1971-1974 series: 31, 32, 33 and 34 prefixes.

1975 series: 35 prefix.

1976 series: 36 prefix.

1978 series: 38 prefix.

1979 series: 39 prefix.

The prefix codes provide a guide to the year of publication, although some low numbered issues appear to have been released in December the previous year. The prefix codes jumped from 11 to 31, probably because Magman Standard series used codes from 15 to 29. There appears to have been no comics published with codes for 1977. A similar Pocket Romance series was also published with 46, 47, 48 and 49 codes.

Magman published distinct runs of catalog numbers for Standard, Top Comics, Pocket 'Picture Stories', Pocket Romance, Giant/Jumbo and Rebound editions.
