Captain Goodvibes: My Life as a Pork Chop 1973-1981 (Flying Pineapple Media Pty Limited, 2011) has been grouped as part of a series of related titles with an ongoing title/feature.

Captain Goodvibes, AKA the Pig of Steel, was created by Tony Edwards and became an icon of Australian surfing culture in the 1970s. Captain Goodvibes started life as a pork chop and was accidentally mutated by a nuclear plant explosion. Goodvibes cartoons were first published in Australia's "surfing bible" Tracks in May 1973 and appeared regularly until July 1981. The series' popularity led to the publication of several Goodvibes comic books.
