This might be the same T. H. Raynor described in 1942 as 'a skilful pencil portraitist' for his entry into the Joe Holloway's Sketch Club. Rayner also wrote and illustrated several children's books in the mid-forties, published by the Offset Printing Coy.

Rayner called a meeting of creditors and an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders for 1 July 1952 to resolve that the company, due to its liabilities, could not continue in business and should be voluntarily wound up.
