Notes
Rosnock is associated with Ayers and James and Magazine Management, although it is unknown which first used the Rosnock publisher name. Rosnock continued Ayers and James' distinctive Famous Yank Comics and Popular Yank Comics titles. It also took over publication of some series from Ayers and James' Red Circle Press. Magazine Management acquired Ayers and James and used the Rosnock name until the 1980. Rosnock was the primary publisher name used on Magman's comics in the 1970s.
