Objects: To take over as a going concern the weekly newspaper known as "The Cartoon," together with all of its assets and liabilities, etc. Subscribers to Memo. Of Assn.: Thomas Temperley, John E. Temperley, Margaret L. Temperley, Mary L. Temperley, Grace Sarah Temperley, Dora I. Temperley and Alf. John Dowse (1 share each). Provisional Directors: Thos. & John E. Temperley. Regd.
