This issue reprints newspaper strips from The Sunday Herald (and possibly other Fairfax newspapers). The strips first appeared in the Herald's colour Playtime section in March 1949, later moving to the main newspaper comics section. Billy became world boxing champion in July 1950. The newspaper strips are signed 'Benison'.
