Page numbering is inconsistent and duplicated.

Five stories in the middle appear to not have been published by Goodman/Atlas in the US, where all of these stories and properties originated. These stories are possibly unused inventory printed in Australia for the first time. They have continuous numbering from pages 2-26. This includes a Black Rider story illustrated by Jack Kirby. The four last stories were first published in Rawhide Kid #15 (July 1957) but do not use the numbering from that original printing. In the US, each story in Rawhide Kid 15 had its own page numbering.
