Copyright date is 1959, but other evidence in this issue suggests it was published in January 1960. The indicia states that this series is published "on the last Friday of each month", but multiple promos in this issue advertise next month's four issues would be on sale February 26th. Since February 26th fell on a Friday in 1960, not 1959, it is reasonable to assume this issue was on sale in January 1960.

The issue number is only printed on the spine, but the spine is damaged on the indexer's copy and number appears to be a two-digit number ending with '1`. Given the information we have about other issues in the series, it seems likely that this is issue number 31.
