Biography
Moreira's first comic art was for Planet Comics ('Reef Ryan'), Fight Comics, Ranger Comics and Wing Comics (Fiction House). From 1945 to 1947, he took over the 'Tarzan' Sunday newspaper strip from Burne Hogarth, under the pseudonym 'Rubimor'.
Moreira later worked for Hit Comics (Quality) and returned to Ranger Comics with 'I Confess'. In the fifties he drew for DC, working on Wonder Woman, The Adventures of Alan Ladd, House of Mystery and House of Secrets. He created 'Rip Hunter' with Jack Miller in 1959.
In 1958, Moreira returned to Puerto Rico and retired from comics in 1962.
