Biography
An attorney and newspaper owner who turned to editing and later publishing comic books. He probably worked for the Eisner Iger Studio in the late thirties (1939), writing stories before becoming an editor for Fox (1940-1941). Shortly after he became the (co-)owner for Elliott Publishing (1940-1945), his own Farrell (1940-1971) and much later Eerie Publications (1969-1981).
He wrote the Scorchy Smith newspaper daily (Associated Press) for a while (1939-1940) and was the editor for Health's Panic title (1958).
He was also the creator of the Comicscopic.
