Biography
Bennett is an Australian who moved to New Zealand at an early age and began his cartooning career as a teenager contributing cartoons to the Christchurch Spectator during the 1920s.
Bennett was one of New Zealand's most prolific comic-book artists and publishers of the 1940s and 1950s.
