Biography
Williams wrote a number of children's books in the 1940s and 1950s. She is most known for Verity of Sydney Town (1950) which won the Children's Book Council of Australia Book of the Year Award in 1951.
Williams' books were all illustrated by her husband, comic artist Rhys Williams (1894-1976).
