Fyfe was cartoonist on Australia's longest running variety show, Hey Hey It's Saturday where he did quick satirical cartoons live on air (1985-1999, as well as reunion specials.

In 1993–94 he hosted his own game show Guess What? where children deciphered Andrew's picture puzzles.

He also produced animated for The Footy Show satirizing the news of the week (1994-2004, 2016-2017) and provided political satiric animation for A Current Affair. He worked in advertising on campaigns for Cadbury, Pilot Pens and Schweppes.

Fyfe's cartoons have been published in Mad (Horwitz) magazine, TV Week, The Herald Sun, The Sunday Telegraph, Mx and Truth.

He produced a series of animated shorts entitled Survive Alive for The Comedy Channel (2004-2005).
